Ingredients
1.5 mugs of TVP
1 onion and 3 garlic cloves
1 tin tomatoes plus half a tin of water (or red wine)
Vegetables, eg 2 carrots and 1 leek
2 tsp bouillon, 1 tsp Marmite, quarter tsp cayenne pepper or 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp mixed herbs
2lbs potatoes
Fry onion and garlic in 1 tbs of oil for 5 mins.
Finely chop the vegetables and add them and the tin of tomatoes.
In a separate pan boil the potatoes.
Add the seasoning and the TVP and simmer 15 mins (and switch oven on).
Put the stew in a baking dish, mash the potatoes and put them on top, and bake in oven for 20 mins.

Add the bouillon to boiling water and pour it over the TVP to cover and soak.Fry onion and garlic in 1 tbs of oil for 5 mins.
