bean stew with paprika

Ingredients
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 veg stock cube
1 tsp paprika
half tsp Marmite
3 carrots
1 pepper (or 1 courgette)
4 large flat mushrooms
2 tbs tom puree
1 tin beans (eg kidney beans or cannellini beans)
2 handfuls grated cheese
80g pasta per person

Method
Fry onion and garlic for 5 mins.
Add carrots, pepper, courgettes and let them sweat 5 mins before adding chopped tomatoes. 
Add tin chopped tomatoes, one tin of water, veg stock cube, mushrooms, tom puree. Simmer 30mins. 
Add tin kidney beans, simmer 10mins. 
Cook pasta, just before adding kidney beans, and mix pasta and stew when done. Add grated cheese on top and serve.
